This tutorial is written in Corel X5, 

and it written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, 

or other graphics program, it should work in any version of Paint shop pro… 

It is written out of my own head/creation, never meant to copy, or look like yours..

Open a 625x625 you can re-size later if you wish

Frame4 c/p leave in the middle of the tag, re-size by 70%

Window c/p re-size by 65% pull to the right hand edge of tag, take your eraser tool, and clean off all of the frame behind the window, so nothing is showing,  then merge them into one layer…

Mailbox c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

BigBen c/p re-size by 70% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

Deco c/p add a DBSFlux of Bright Noise at 100 c/p mirror, and flip vertical and pull over the Big Ben element, to make it look like it’s climbing up it…

Take the close up of your tube(mine came with one) and paste it over all layers, re-size by80% I cleaned of the very edge of her bottom of her leg’s to make it look like she is coming out of the bottom of the frame….

Duo Hearts c/p re-size by 55% pull to the bottom edge of the tube…

Lamp c/p re-size by 55% pull to the left hand side of big ben…

Tree c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag, beside the mailbox…

Rose2 c/p flip vertical, re-size by 30% pull to the bottom left of tree…

Rose c/p re-size by 45% pull over next to the lamp post, on the left hand side of your tag…

Double hearts, c/p mirror, re-size by 45% pull to the upper top right hand of your tag where the bottom edge is sitting on the window…

British Bear c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower left hand corner of tag…

Scatter c/p re-size by 70% pull to the middle of your tag…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag

Paper10 flood fill the layer, apply the mask from above and I’m merging the group, into one layer, and up-sizing it by 115% to make it show more on the tag..

Go back to the top most layer of your tag, and add your copyright, and what ever saying you wish. If the kit maker requires make sure to give them credit in the credits’ of your copyright…
